The Facebook app for the iPad has been officially released and users can expect to experience bigger and better photos. Users can enjoy high resolution photos in an easy to flip through album. This new Facebook for iPad app also focuses on what matters and has less on the screen which makes it easier to zoom in on stories and updates. All users have to do is tap, slide or pinch to get from one screen to another and back again and there is a really simple navigation system in place. Players can also enjoy their favorite Facebook games on a bigger screen too. There really is lots of great features in this app and just too many to list in this blog post.
Facebook seem to have really taken their time with the development of the official iPad app and according to one of the developers it has been complete since May but Facebook decided to delay it. You may remember that the Facebook of iPad app was actually leaked back in July and there was information published on how you could install and use it on your iPad using a jailbreak tweak called FaceForward.
You don�t need to have a jailbroken iPad anymore though because the Facebook for iPad app has now been officially released and it is available to download free of charge right now from the app store.
