There are a lot of people out there who are still trying to find their feet when it comes to iOS 7. This has to be the most ever changed version of Apple's firmware and one of the features that some people may think that Apple has omitted is the .com button. Well folks, it is still there and it really isn't that hard to find when you know how.

To help you out, here is a little tutorial on how to find the .com button on the iOS 7 keyboard when using Safari. If you are having a little difficulty transitioning from iOS 6 to iOS 7 then this little tutorial should help to make things a little easier. There are so many of us that use the .com button especially when searching for different URLs and having it sort of disappear has left a lot of users a little confused.

The .com shortcut makes it easier to type in a URL and the steps for finding it really are quite simple.

Step 1: From the iOS 7 home screen just lauch your Safari browser. From here you can start to type in the URL you are looking for. When it comes to getting the .com ending all you have to do is tap and hold the period (full stop) key until you see the extensions pop up.

Step 2: From here all you have to do is press the extension that you want to use. You can select from .us, .org, .net, .edu or .com.

If you happen to be using a keyboard from a different region the results might be a little different but you should see the .com on every keyboard. It's just a little handy trick that will save you a little bit of time when you are typing URLs and of course it is good to know that Apple hasn't removed it either.
